Después de unos duros días de trabajo estoy de vuelta en el blog! :)

Hoy quiero hablarles de un evento que hemos estado planeando en The Apartment las últimas semanas.
After some pretty busy days at work I'm back on the blog! :)

Today I want to tell you about an event we have been planning for the past couple of weeks at The Apartment.

Este martes 3 de junio al fin tuvo lugar la tan esperada fiesta Sunset Lookers. Lo digo porque originalmente tenía que ser el miércoles 28 de mayo, pero como estuvo lloviendo esa semana hubo que postponerla.

Last Tuesday June 3rd the long awaited Sunset Lookers party finally took place. I'm saying this because it was originally planned for to Wednesday May 28th, but it was raining that week, so we had to postpone it. 

Esta fiesta, la primera de una larga serie, dio inicio a la temporada de verano de la fabulosa terraza del hotel Mercure Santo Domingo, situado a dos pasos de la madrileña Gran Vía. La terraza de este hotel es la única en Madrid que tiene una vista de 360 grados de la ciudad y además da sobre el jardín vertical más grande del mundo, que también es parte del hotel.

This party, the first of a long series, kicked off the summer season at the rooftop terrace of Mercure Santo Domingo hotel, located a few steps away from Gran Via. This terrace is the only one in Madrid with a 360-degree view of the city, and it also overlooks the world’s biggest vertical garden, which is also part of the hotel.

Los directores de la agencia y el equipo de living estuvieron trabajando duro para organizar esta fiesta para "friends and family" de la agencia y fue un éxito! Pudimos ver el sol caer sobre Madrid mientras comíamos unos deliciosos temakis de by.kono y disfrutábamos de unas copas y buena música. 

The agency’s directors and the living team worked hard to organize this party for friends and family, and it was a big success! We were able to watch the sun set over Madrid while eating some delicious temakis prepared by by.kono and enjoying some drinks and good music.

Fue una excelente manera de celebrar el verano con nuestros amigos, clientes y la gente más cercana a la agencia. Estoy segura que las fiestas Sunset Lookers serán una cita ineludible para los amantes de las terrazas en Madrid este verano...en todo caso yo volveré seguro!

It was an excellent way to celebrate the arrival of summer with our friends, clients and people close to the agency. I am sure that the Sunset Lookers parties will be an ineluctable date for rooftop lovers in Madrid this summer…. in any case I will be back for sure!
